I love these vibrant colors, and the contrast between the reds and blues/darker tones. I see several “people” in the various parts of this piece. Really love it. What media did you use to make it?
Thanks so much, Chantal! I had read that one technique to help when you’re “staring at a blank canvas” and not knowing what to do is to find an older piece you’ve done and redo it in a different way. This one was based on a large acrylic painting called “Abandon” that I did 10 years ago (that I didn’t like and ended up painting over it). This new one was painted in many layers using Photoshop…something I hadn’t done in a long time. Thanks again!
